The Utility’s Accounting Department is busy taking care of the businesses finances, the daily deposits, paying employees, paying vendors and keeping business affairs running from the inside.  These are the employees who insure the regulations are followed, and prepare the bulk of the required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required.
