Dear Valued Customers,

I am grateful for the opportunity to work for you and contribute to the success of MVP. During my time here, I have focused on improving our infrastructure, nurturing our company culture, enhancing communication, and developing a sustainable plan for the future.

We have taken on several major projects, including the installation of new meters, negotiating a new union labor agreement, and updating substations that were in desperate need of attention. Despite the increasing cost of power and other utility expenses, we remain committed to providing reliable and sustainable power to the Mission Valley community.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to meeting your needs promptly and effectively. We strive to maintain a positive and transparent relationship with our customers and employees, making sure that everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

As we move forward, we will continue to be accountable for our actions and provide a cost-effective electric power service to our customers. This is at the core of our business practices, and we are commited to upholding this standard.

Thank you for your continued support.
MVP, Bringing Power to the People!

In line with our dedication to the community’s well-being and our continuous effort to provide valuable information, we are now extending our focus to include healthcare-related concerns, especially regarding medication costs. Understanding that many of our customers are interested in managing their health conditions effectively, we are researching and compiling resources on how much medications like Rybelsus would cost without insurance (click link). This new initiative is designed to provide our customers with essential information on managing diabetes care expenses, reflecting our commitment to supporting not just their energy needs but their overall health. By offering guidance on these healthcare matters, we aim to help our customers make informed decisions and access necessary treatments, reinforcing our role as a community-oriented and caring service provider.
