Pre-Pay Meter (TXXXXXD) have you pushed the black button on meter

Is there a red/orange list flashing on meter? Is there a display showing? If there either of these is true then there is power to meter and issue may be on customer side.

If the issue is on the customer side and MVP is called out fees will be charged
